To reduce the delivery date as much as possible, we send your package to EMS/DHL immediately on the day you ordered or the next day.
Since then, it needs 4th to 7th more days to get a tracking number. During this period, you couldn’t track your package online, and even if you can't see the delivery number, your package has already been sent to the EMS/DHL, so you can't cancel it anymore.
