Shipping policy


1. Shipping Areas

We ship worldwide.

However, delivery may be unavailable to:

  • Certain remote islands

  • Military bases

  • Restricted or embargoed areas

If your address falls under a restricted area, we will contact you directly.



2. Shipping Rates

🇺🇸 United States

  • Free shipping on orders over $250 USD

  • Orders under $250 USD may incur a shipping fee calculated at checkout.

🇪🇺 Europe

  • $40 USD flat rate (FedEx Express only)

Due to frequent customs delays and package losses in standard mail service, all European orders are shipped exclusively via FedEx Express for safer and faster delivery.

🌎 Rest of the World

  • $30 USD shipping fee for orders under $250 USD

  • Free shipping on orders over $250 USD

  • $40 USD for Express shipping (In case of emergency)

Additional shipping fees may apply depending on package weight and destination.



3. Shipping Method

  • Airmail Parcel Service

  • FedEx Express (Europe only)

All orders are shipped from South Korea.



4. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time:

  • 14–30 business days (standard airmail)

  • 5-10 business days (FedEx Express)

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Customs clearance

  • Local courier delays

  • National holidays

  • Weather conditions

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local delivery services.



5. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–4 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Tracking numbers are usually provided within 3–5 business days. (For the Fedex, 3-7 days)

  • During peak seasons, tracking updates may be delayed.

Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.



6. Required Customer Information

International shipping requires the following information:

  1. Full Legal Name (For the Customs to check your information) 

  2. Complete Address (including floor & door number if you live in APT) 

  3. Valid Phone Number (for the shipping courier to contact you) 

Orders with incomplete information may be delayed or placed on hold.



7. Packaging

To reduce international shipping costs, most orders are shipped in secure poly mailers rather than boxes.

Box packaging significantly increases international shipping fees and customs duties.
If you require box packaging, please contact us before placing your order (additional fees may apply).



8. Customs & Import Duties

Customers are responsible for the customs duties and tax that occur from their countries' customs: (Except US) 

  • Import duties

  • VAT

  • Customs handling fees

These charges are determined by the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

If a parcel is refused due to unpaid customs fees:

  • The order will be returned to Korea

  • Reshipping will not be provided

  • Round-trip shipping and related costs will be deducted from the refund



9. Lost or Missing Packages

Please monitor your tracking information regularly.

If your package has not arrived within 1-3 months: 

  • Contact your local courier using your tracking number first.

If the package is still within Korea, we will assist immediately.

Once the package has arrived in the destination country, the local courier assumes responsibility for delivery.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delivery delays caused by local couriers

  • Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier

  • Failed delivery attempts due to incorrect address

  • Failed delivery attempts due to recipient's absence


10. Important Notes

  • Orders are shipped only after full payment is completed.

  • Processing times may vary for certain items.
