Exchange &  Return policy

Overseas shipping products are never exchanged or returned.   
  
Since the international shipping fee charges rising rapidly, and tax-related problems are occurring when exchanging or returning items. 
Therefore, please keep in mind that overseas shipments are never exchanged or returned, read the instructions below and purchase carefully.

If you still want to exchange or return make sure to read the following instructions down below very carefully since the exchange & return policy is complicated.

When applying for exchange or return, the shipping fee is very pricey so it usually charges more than $30(USD).
Even if you already paid extra $30(USD) when you purchase your item before, every additional charges on the shipping fee will be paid by the customer. 
Please make sure to note on the international shipping fee before you apply for exchange or return. 
Once you've paid every additional shipping fee that charged, the exchange or return will be proceed.

Contact us within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
If the return/exchange request is made after the specified period from the date of receipt, it will not be accepted. Additionally, items returned to us without prior request for return/exchange will not be approved.

If the tags have been removed, the item will be considered as used, and returns or exchanges will not be accepted. If the item didn't returned in its' original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.

Please check the return packaging includes all original packaging contents and any gifts (if applicable).

The buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee. 
Unless the item ordered by the buyer is defective or the wrong product was received, the buyer is responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs. In this case, the buyer have to pay three shipping costs.

1. Applying for exchange or returns, every shipping fee, and additional fee charges to the customer. 
Even if the you paid 30$(USD) when you bought the item, not only you have to pay 30$(USD), every shipping fee will be charged to the customer who applied for exchange or return.
Even if you have received your package by free shipping, you have to pay every shipping fee and additional fee in order to exchange or return your item. 
That means, every shipping fee that occurs in Korea charges to you.
The shipping fee depends on the country and weight, and it costs at least $100(USD) to $400(USD).

2. After you've applied for exchange or return, make sure to pay in advence for shipping your items to TETEROT SALON.
We don't accept pay on delivery, and if the customer sent their package applied for exchange or return by pay on delivery, the package won't be accepted. 

3. The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes. 
Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them. 
In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea 
and will not be re-shipped. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.

For Damages and issues: 
Please check your order information before applying for the damage and issues. 
Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you've recived the wrong item so that we can check the issue and help you out.
- Within a day after package arrived, please contact us by e-mail or Chat.
- Please keep all contents of the original package including packaging material (boxes, plastic bags etc.) with you until you are instructed otherwise.

Return Instructions
Please include all contents of the original package and free gifts (if applicable) in your return packaging.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as flowers, or plants), 
custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). 
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We do not accept return(s) if:
- You are returning the items just because you changed your mind (on size, color, etc.)
- You are returning shoes, bags, or any other accessories
- The products are damaged due to your mishandling
- Your return request is not approved by our staff 

The following items are not considered defective:
- Items that are originally manufactured without tags or labels
- Items with creases that may have been made while shipping
- Items with unsatisfactory/incomplete finish due to mass production

Please note that EVEN the defective/incorrect item(s) must be returned with all of the tags and labels intact.

Exchanges
Exchange/ Return:
In both case, buyer have to pay every shipping fee so
instead of applying for exchange, apply for return and buy the new item which is the faster way to get your parcel.

Refunds
If returning item arrived to TETEROT SALON, we check its' condition first, then the refund will be completed. 
If the item that hasnt' been arrived to Korea, refund won't be processed.

Refund will be issued to your original payment method.
The refund of returned or cancelled order will take 3-5 days. 
Your refund may not be completed until the next billing month according to the billing schedule of your bank and credit card issuer.

Non-refundable 
If you send your item returned directly to Korea without submitting a return request on the website where you purchased your item, the exchanges, returns, or refunds will not be processed. 
A return request must be submitted on the website so that refund will be processed on the website.

However, for products purchased a long time ago, since the payment has already been completed, exchanges and returns will not be accepted under any circumstances. Please do not send products purchased a long time ago back to Korea. 
Any item sent back to Korea by the customer will 
be discarded, and return/refund process will not be possible.
